Workshops

Collective spaces where stillness, connection and creativity come together

These workshops are for people seeking fresh inspiration and guidance to start making small shifts. They are gentle and slow spaces that will both nourish and challenge you to reflect on your life in ways that our busy lives often don’t allow.

Workshops are held in Monaco and Nice, either at my venue or hosted privately by organisations, businesses or groups at their own location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be creative to attend?

Absolutely not.

My workshops are designed for everyone, regardless of creative experience. The focus is on exploration, self-discovery, and connection, not artistic ability.

Where do the workshops take place?

Workshops are held in Monaco and Nice.

I also work with organisations, including companies, schools, galleries, and community groups, who can hire me to facilitate workshops at their own venue.

Do I have to attend the whole workshop series?

No.

Each workshop is designed to stand on its own, so you're welcome to attend whichever topics interest you. You can join one workshop at a time and move through them at your own pace.

Are materials included?

Yes.

All creative materials needed during the workshop are included in the price, so you simply need to arrive with an open mind and curiosity.

Does it make sense to attend workshops while doing private sessions?

Yes, this is something I highly recommend.

The combination offers a powerful balance. Your private sessions provide personalised reflection and deeper exploration, while the workshops allow you to experience creativity in a different way and connect with others on similar journeys.

Many clients find that the two complement each other beautifully, creating a richer, more supportive, and inspiring experience.
