We will start with refreshment and Candle Creation: using Christmas essential oils

There is something magical about creating with your hands. As you measure, melt, pour, smell and choose, you naturally come into the present moment. For a while, there is no yesterday or tomorrow. You are simply here, creating.

• Your first candle will be connected to creating a new tradition or ritual, giving it meaning beyond simply being a beautiful candle.

• Your second candle is completely up to you.

• And why stop at two? For €8 per candle, you can make more, perhaps creating thoughtful Christmas gifts for the people you love.

While our candles set, we’ll enjoy Danish Christmas cakes, treats and drinks, including gløgg, with alcohol free options available. There will also be plenty of time to mingle, chat and connect.

We’ll also talk about traditions and whether they serve us or hold us back. Which traditions still feel good and meaningful, and which ones have become a burden simply because we inherited them or have always done things that way?

What if we gave ourselves permission to choose, or simply say, Fuck Traditions?

We can let go of traditions that no longer fit, adapt the ones that do, or create completely new ones that reflect our values, our lifestyle and the stage of life we are in now. This is about giving ourselves permission to create a life that feels like ours.

We’ll explore how we can create rituals at home that support the next chapter of our lives, as well as the role of intuition, how to reconnect with it and learn to trust ourselves as we move forward.
