Private Facilitation Programme
This journey is for anyone ready to move from
“I know I need to change this”
to
“I know how to do it differently”.
Most people when they feel stuck think they need more discipline. I think you are stuck because you have outgrown an expired story about who you are. Together, we go to the source to examine the inherent patterns, stories and and beliefs that quietly shape your choices in the present. We unpack whats already shifting, reflect deeply and and find ways to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to go.
It’s not about becoming someone different, but connecting more deeply to the person you already are.
Things we might explore in these sessions:
• How past experiences continue to shape the way you think, feel and respond to the world.
• How to stay authentic to yourself within the roles that family or parenthood demands of you.
• Creating new meaning from old stories through curiosity rather than blame.
• Reconnecting with your core self and inner wisdom.
• Learning simple stillness practices that calm the nervous system and build safety.
• Developing supportive routines, healthy boundaries and daily rituals that reflect who you are today and who you are becoming.
• Building a life that feels more aligned with your values, relationships, aspirations and wellbeing.
• Variety of creative activities like journaling, creative writing, abstract art, visualisation, mindful walks in nature, DIY skincare, candle making or essential oils.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions do you recommend?
I recommend committing to a minimum of six sessions.
My work is not about quick fixes or finding instant solutions. Meaningful and lasting change takes time. Together, we go on a journey of exploration, reflection, and growth, allowing you to reconnect with yourself, build new awareness, and create sustainable change that continues beyond our sessions.
Can I book just one session?
Yes, you can.
A single session can provide valuable insight or help you navigate a specific challenge. However, if your goal is lasting transformation, I recommend the six-session programme, as this gives us the time and space to create meaningful change together.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are designed to fit around your life and schedule.
You can choose:
- Online
- In person in Monaco or Nice
- A combination of online and in-person sessions We'll decide together what works best for you.
What happens between sessions?
The work continues long after each session ends.
After every session you'll receive:
- A personalised follow-up report summarising our conversation.
- An inspirational image with a key takeaway or affirmation.
- Gentle reminders, reflections, or practices to help you integrate what we've explored into your daily life.
These resources help you stay connected to your journey between our sessions.
Do I have to be creative?
Not at all.
You don't need any artistic experience or creative skills.
Creativity isn't about producing beautiful art, it's simply another way of exploring thoughts, emotions, and experiences that can sometimes be difficult to express with words.
Everything is guided, and there is no right or wrong.
Do you work with children?
I don't work privately with younger children on their own.
If we agree that a child should be part of a session, a parent must also participate, as I believe lasting change happens when families grow together.
I do, however, work privately with young teenagers, using creativity as a gentle and engaging way to explore stress, emotions, identity, confidence, and the challenges they may be experiencing.
